2. Services Provided

We offer electronic and in-person notarization services for legal documents. Our domain signlegalnow.com facilitates online appointment scheduling, document upload and e-notary services.

3. Appointment and Documentation

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and present valid government-issued identification at the time of notarization.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are disclosed on our website and are payable at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver professional notary services. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of the service date. To request a refund, please complete our refund request form by contacting us. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that fees for services already performed may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are not available for completed electronic notarizations that comply with all legal requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your documents after notarization.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on signlegalnow.com is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
